Personal Trajectory

While group classes provide a solid foundation, a Personal Trajectory is for those who want to go deeper into a specific topic and who want to receive close guidance.

I offer an integrated approach where we can work on one specific goal or combine all three pillars into a single session.

The Three Pillars

1. Movement Training Mastery of your own body weight focused on:

  • Skills: Handstands and Locomotion (such as crawling on all fours in different patterns).

  • Strength: Chin-ups, Dips, and Muscle-ups.

  • Mobility: Increasing functional range of motion for the whole body.

2. Functional Breathwork (Oxygen Advantage) Re-learning or improving breathing patterns for life and performance. We use a personalized approach to optimize your breathing for better relaxation, focus, and physical endurance.

3. Neuro-Athletic Training (Z-Health) Training the brain. We work on the "input" systems—balance, vision, and proprioception—to unlock better movement, coordination, and physical safety.

Structure & Investment

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: 85 € per hour.

  • Flexibility: We agree on a number of sessions per month. You can stop or adjust your trajectory at the end of any month.

  • Timeline: I recommend a minimum of 3 months for your initial trajectory.

  • Personalized Plans: If you want a specific program to follow on your own, custom written plans can be provided as a separate service following our consultation.
