What your people will notice

  • More sustained focus and mental clarity

  • Less stiffness, tension and physical discomfort

  • Faster recovery from stress

  • Greater openness to learning and change

  • Better connection and communication with colleagues

The different states

Each session utilizes a blend of guided functional breathwork, targeted eye drills, balance and coordination work, and collaborative partner exercises. These tools are sequenced to move participants through three essential states:

  • Priming for Learning: We activate the nervous system and sharpen sensory input.

  • Challenging the Brain: We introduce complexity through movement to challenge ourselves.

  • Relaxation: We conclude by relaxing the body and releasing tension.

What makes this different

  • Combines movement, breathwork and applied neuro athletic training

  • No equipment, no special clothing, no prior fitness level required

  • Sessions on location or outside

  • Groups of 2 to 12 people

  • Inherently social: Partner work builds collaboration, creativity and non-verbal communication

How it works

  • Introductory workshop : 90 minutes, a first experience of the training

  • 3-month trajectory: 2 sessions per week of 45–60 minutes, during work hours for a vitalizing break

Who this is for

  • Teams navigating change, pressure or uncertainty

  • Organizations investing in sustainable performance

  • Leaders who understand that performance starts with the body
